Euskaltax has appointed Asier Guezuraga as Of Counsel partner at the firm. He will now be responsible for the firm’s strategic planning, relieving him of the recurring advisory functions he has been performing since its creation. He will also lead the creation of a hub of customized legal dispute resolution tools.

Euskaltax has adapted its portfolio of services to new areas of professional practice, recently incorporating, through its association with Ranga Corporate, an entity specializing in the provision of corporate services, financial and strategic consulting services, corporate financial advice on M&A transactions, and the procurement of both bank and alternative financial funds. With these changes, the firm has strengthened and expanded its services and provides clients with more personalized support in highly complex legal disputes.

Asier Guezuraga, who holds a degree in Economic Law from the University of Deusto and a Master’s degree in Business Tax Consulting from the Instituto de Empresa (IE Law School), is, together with Eduardo Ranedo and José González, a founding partner of Euskaltax, having dedicated his entire working life to tax consulting and teaching in the field of taxation.
