The Nefab Group, through Nefab S.A.U., Spain, has acquired Embalajes Echeberria Soluciones de Embalaje, a company based in Vitoria-Gasteiz specializing in complete customized packaging solutions and heavy-duty corrugated cardboard products.

Our firm advised the seller on the preliminary steps to implement the transaction, as well as on the drafting of the share purchase agreement and other legal documents related to the purchase.
