He specialises in taxation, manages mergers and acquisitions and restructuring of business groups, having been involved in major transactions at national level. He also provides ongoing legal advice to large corporate and family groups.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

ACADEMIC TRAINING<\/h4>\r\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law from the University of Deusto, specialising in Economics (1995) <\/p>\r\n

Master\u2019s degree in Business Tax Consultancy, MAF, (1996), at the Instituto de Empresa (IE Law School) in Madrid. \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

TEACHING ACTIVITY<\/h4>\r\n

Involved in teaching, he is a lecturer on the Master\u2019s degree in Tax Consultancy at the Instituto de Empresa (IE Law School) in Madrid and at the Chamber of Commerce (Bilbao).<\/p> \r\n

Author of various publications and opinion articles in the written press and co-organiser of the Aranzadi Tax Forum in its first stage.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n
